Because each item is custom-made, please double-check your order details and uploaded photos before completing your purchase.

Our return policy begins on the date your order is delivered.


60-Day Quality Guarantee

We offer a free replacement or full refund within 60 days if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • The personalization does not match the information you submitted
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue quickly.


Order Changes & Cancellation

Since personalized items go into production quickly, please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

  • Changes or cancellations after the order is placed may incur a 50% processing fee
  • Once production has started, no further changes can be made
  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

Artwork Preview & Approval

For products that include a free digital art preview, we’ll send your preview before printing.

  • You may request adjustments during the preview stage
  • Please submit any change requests within 24 hours
  • Once approved, your order will move into production
  • After production begins, no additional changes can be made

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or poor care
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Color variations caused by screen display differences
  • Requests submitted after 60 days from delivery

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

Because our products are personalized and made to order, returns for non-quality reasons may be accepted under limited circumstances.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Approved non-quality returns may receive a 50% refund of the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable)

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund
