Can I use my own pet photo?

Yes. Pet Prints products are personalized using the photo you provide. Please choose a clear photo that shows your pet well for the best result.

What types of pets can I use?

It depends on the individual product, but many of our personalized products can feature dogs, cats, and other beloved pets.

Will I receive a preview before my product is made?

For products that include a custom pet portrait, yes. We create your pet artwork by hand on an iPad using a digital drawing pen, based on the photo you provide. We'll send you a digital preview of the finished artwork for approval before your product goes into production. The preview normally takes about 48 hours or less.

Do all Pet Prints products include a preview?

No. The preview applies to products that use our custom pet portrait artwork. Products such as custom jewelry may follow a different customization process.

How long does a personalized Pet Prints product take?

Because these products are made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping. We recommend ordering in advance for birthdays, Christmas, and other important occasions.
